Information about the booking
We are pleased to offer participants the possibility to book and pay for their accommodation through our platform using one of our partner hotels. Special EPDIC19 rates and packages have been negotiated exclusively for congress participants. You can finalise your hotel booking during the purchase of your registration or at a later stage.
To benefit from these preferential rates, we strongly recommend booking your accommodation as early as possible. Early-bird prices are available only through participating partner hotels describe below.

Please note that while your room nights will be paid through the platform, the tourist tax must be paid directly at the hotel reception, either upon check-in or check-out. The tourist tax amounts to CHF 5.– per person, per night.
- Breakfast is included for all room categories in every partner hotel.
- Each hotel has its own booking deadlines and cancellation policies, so please review these carefully below before making your selection on the "register" button above.

In addition to partner hotels, participants wishing to experience a more typical Swiss stay, such as chalets or shared mountain apartments, are welcome to contact us. We would be pleased to explore suitable options through our network and assist with the best possible arrangements. Important Information Before Booking
To book your hotel nights, please follow the steps below during your registration or at a later stage:
1 – Select the hotel and the room occupancy type (single use or double use).
Example: Alaïa Lodge – SINGLE USE
2 – Expand the menu to display all available nights.
Then select the corresponding nights or the available packages, depending on the hotel.
Please note: for hotels offering nightly rates, make sure to select all tickets corresponding to the total number of nights you wish to book.
Example: If you wish to stay 3 nights at Alaïa Lodge, from 22 to 25 June, you must select 3 tickets: the night of 22–23, then 23–24, and 24–25.
3 – Add the selected nights to your cart and proceed to the next step after providing the requested information.
Very important note.
Any order marked as “pending” will only be taken into account once it has been paid.
This means that if you select an accommodation but leave the order pending, the accommodation may no longer be available at the time of payment. Indeed, another participant who confirms and pays for the same accommodation will take priority, and the accommodation will be allocated to them.
